Are you looking for something fun to do with your group or organization? We can help organize a special class just for you. Whether your interest is healthy cooking, making wedding cakes, or learning about global cuisine, we can create a class to suit your needs here at The Culinary Arts Institute. The minimum number for a group is 10 participants. The price per person will depend on the materials needed for the class and its length of time. Please call at least one month in advance of when you would like to hold the class. Scheduling depends on the availability of kitchen labs and the availability of the chef instructors at the CAI. Our demonstration classes are an entertaining and informal way to inspire new ideas. Led by our experienced chef instructors, enjoy a casual atmosphere as you explore topics of your choosing. For groups ranging from 10 to 24 people, we have cameras and televisions in our state-of-the-art culinary studio to capture all the action so you don't miss a thing. Non-alcoholic beverages and food samples will be served during the class, and each student will receive recipes demonstrated in class. Adults 21+ and over are also welcome to BYOB.


We can create a hands-on workshop for your group centered on a topic of your choosing. Each class will consist of a kitchen tour, lecture and topic instruction, hands on practice, and a chance to eat what you have prepared in class. For group sizes of 8-18 people, these classes are designed to maximize both the learning and the fun. Kitchen tools, aprons, and supplies are provided for you, but you are always welcome to bring your own. Each student will walk away with recipes from the class.
