This two-session course—held Wednesdays, Nov. 12 and 19, 6-9 p.m., for only $125—will be taught by 30-plus year restaurateur/consultant Harris Eckstut, who owned and operated the landmark Mont Serrat Restaurant on South Street in Philadelphia.
Drawing upon his many entrepreneurial accomplishments, Eckstut will share his invaluable insight and in-depth knowledge in a lively and engaging format.
