Course Testing Proctoring For Non-MCCC Students
The Testing Center at Montgomery County Community College provides proctoring services for individuals that need to take an exam offered through another college or university.
The fee for test proctoring services is $25. Payment can be made by Paypal, credit card, or debit card. All payments must be made prior to the day of testing.

Once we are given permission to administer your exam, you may set up an appointment to take your test during the proctoring test hours.

Pay for service online.

Step 3
Set up appointment.
To make an appointment contact the Testing Center by e-mail (preferred method and quickest response time): testing@mc3.edu, or by phone: 215-641-6646 for the Blue Bell Campus. For the Pottstown Campus: westtesting@mc3.edu.
Confirm receipt of the exam prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility to make sure the exam materials have been received in time to meet any exam deadlines.

- Test appointments need to be made by students at least 48 hours in advance (not including weekends or holidays).
- When contacting us, include the following.
- First and last name
Phone number
Name of institution
Desired appointment day, date and time (three choices please) to take your exam.
Step 4
Testing day.
Arrive 15 minutes early. Print out and bring your receipt/confirmation of payment AND a driver’s license or other form of government issued, photo ID (i.e., passport, or state ID). Without these items you will not be allowed to test. Any materials that may be used during the test (i.e., calculator) must be included with the instructions sent with your test. No food, drink, or outerwear is allowed in the Testing Center.

- Arrange details with student. Let them know when the test is mailed.
- Provide all relevant proctoring instructions such as date ranges, time limits, materials allowed for testing to the following address.

- Include a phone number for the institution’s Customer Support or Help Desk where a representative can be reached during testing hours in case any problems arise before, during, or after testing.
- Include a self-addressed return envelope with postage prepaid with each test. We recommend a reputable company with a tracking system. Test or test results will not be faxed or e-mailed.
- The test must be received before an appointment can be scheduled by the student.
- Online exams: Testing staff will enter the testing room TO ENTER A PASSWORD ONLY—Students must know how to navigate to the Internet page where the test resides and must be aware of exactly what needs to be done to complete the test.
- The Testing Center will not hold, make, or store copies of exams after they have been taken.
