Transferring to a four-year college or university is a major goal of many Montgomery County Community College students. More than 70 percent of our graduates with associate degrees successfully transfer. Studies have shown that students who complete an associate’s degree have greater success in earning a bachelor’s degree.
Many students and their families have discovered the great value of a community college degree as part of their higher education planning. Students receive high quality instruction at a very affordable cost, allowing them to save thousands of dollars that can be later applied to their four year schools upon transfer. Students who transfer are often eligible to receive additional scholarships from our many partner schools.
The College has agreements with scores of public and private schools in the state, providing multi-faceted transfer opportunities making it easier for you to navigate the transfer process quickly and easily. See the various options below for more information.
